You must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for credentials we hand off. Free tiers may be rate-limited or changed. Paid tiers last for the period paid unless stated otherwise.
Deposits and balances via PayPal (paypal.me/eidotevil) or agreed methods. Deposit holds a build slot. Refunds only if we cancel before material work, or as required by law. Third-party fees (Printful, domain registrars) are separate.
Assistance tools can be wrong. You must review outputs before publishing or relying on them for money, legal, medical, or safety decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted premium capacity.
You keep rights to your content. We keep rights to our templates, tooling, and branding unless a written transfer says otherwise. Portfolio use of finished public sites may occur unless you opt out in writing.
Services are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or data loss. Our aggregate liability for a paid order is limited to fees you paid us for that order in the prior 3 months.
We may suspend abuse or non-payment. You may stop using free tools anytime. Hosting cancels at period end if unpaid.
